If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
The product can be returned in maximum 30 calendar days from the date of receiving it.
To be eligible for a return, the item must have the original seal, should be unused and in the same condition as delivered. If the box was opened, the product is not eligible for a return.
The item must be in the original packaging.
The item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If the return is approved, we will initiate a refund to the credit card (or original method of payment).
The returned amount should be received within a certain amount of days, depending on the card issuer’s policies.
The client will be responsible for paying for his own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non­refundable.
If the client receives a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund.
